As members of a collaborative organization we benefit from the strength of our partners, and we strive to bring that benefit, and a team sensibility, to the youth workers and organizations in our network.

We seek to deepen our knowledge of youth work through classes, trainings, and ongoing informal sharing between youth leaders.
5. Relevant Research
neXus Boston is dedicated to developing research that focuses on the social world of urban and high-risk youth.
6. Holistic Health
neXus encourages youth workers in our network to not only pay attention to the development of the youth they serve, but also to attend to their own physical, mental and spiritual needs - for healing, growth and empowerment of healthy boundaries.
7. Freedom of Conscience
we work with both secular and religious orgnizations, and individuals with varying faith traditions or none; and we do not require them to share our beliefs.
